Please join us for a photo exhibit by Jaime Pandolfo this Thursday, April 14th from 6pm to 9pm to honor Celinha’s birthday and raise money for a great cause in Nepal.
Jaime has traveled all over the world and captured phenomenal portraits of the people and landscapes — Sri Lanka, Iran, Myanmar, Italy, Cambodia, Malaysia, Turkey, Guatemala, Jordan, Syria, Bangladesh, Nepal and most recently Indonesia. His trip to Nepal was an eye-opening experience, and revealed how difficult life is for the people of this very poor country, — especially the children. What makes it worse is that government funding and international assistance are severely lacking, even though small contributions would make a world of difference. If you would like to donate money, you'll be able to do so at the night's event.
To raise awareness and support for these issues, 100% of proceeds from all prints sold at the event will be donated to a school in Ghandruk, Nepal.
Last year's event was super successful, and we raised enough money to buy uniforms for almost 20 children in the village of Ghandruk, Nepal. Let's do even better this year!
Hope to see you all at Bebebar on Thursday!
